it can be useful for capturing fast moving subjects, like athletes in action, wildlife or vehicles because a fast shutter speed helps freeze the action and makes it sharp and clear. And if you wanna take sports photots the fast shutter speed is really good for capturing the intensity of the play and the action without having any motion blur and lets you get the dynamic shots of the players.
what is the recommended way to prevent camera shake when using slow shutter speeds?
One way to reduce the shaking is to simply use a tripod and set up the camera how you would. you could also shoot in burst mode it helps get a few shots in very quickly and it increases your chance of having a sharper photo.

I think my understanding is very good even tho my phtotos are not the greatest we still did them right and did the right steps for the phtotos. I can use this knowledge in the future to get some better photos and learn from it to get better quality out of them.
